Pricing
All prices are in pounds (£) sterling and are exactly as shown on the website, but carriage will be extra so please contact us for carriage charges.
Agreement
"Guitarware" cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. You may pay by bank transfer, please contact us for details of this. Upon payment, "Guitarware" will confirm acceptance of your order by email, or by telephone. Whether or not you receive confirmation of order, "Guitarware's" acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. Products are subject to availability and prices are correct at the time of order.
Returns Policy
Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us to obtain a returns number. You should then return the product to us at your own risk and cost. In all cases we follow normal industry practice in charging a 10% restocking charge for all authorised returns. It is a strict condition of any refund that the product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging, complete (including any other parts or accessories that were sent with it) and in the same condition it was sent. No refund or credit will be issued unless the product conforms to this condition. If a refund is authorised, it will be made via the same payment method used to pay us.
